Transfer film with design

Transfer film with design (with and without thermo-adhesive) in various colours, for hot stamping on PU/PVC, fabrics, leather and other materials.

P Series with thermo-adhesive

Rolls are 250mt long, thickness 25 micron, height 1500mm, core 76mm.
The transfer film is applied by hot pressing at a temperature of 110/120°C.

TS Series partial transfer

Rolls are 300mt, thickness 19 micron, height 1500mm, core 76mm. The transfer film is applied by hot pressing, the surface needs to be pre-treated with thermo-adhesive.

Acid Series

Rolls are 300mt, thickness 19 micron, height 1500mm, core 76mm.
The transfer film is applied by hot pressing.
Treat the surface with chemicals, then apply the acid film at 80°C with a light pressure and the design will be transferred.

PET (protection film) can be released after lamination; for a better result we suggest to wait until completely cooled.

On PU and PVC supports: they foils have enough thermo adhesive to be applied on the surface.
On uneven supports (eg. leather) or absorbing surfaces we suggest to pre-treat the surface with polyurethane resins to let it better adhere.
